We are thrilled to welcome Paul Hewitt to our team as an intern therapist! Paul has completed the coursework for a Master’s degree program in counselling psychology, and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Paul uses a person-centred, strength-based approach, where your story not only matters, but actively informs the growth and change that comes from each session. His work focuses on helping his clients cultivate a supportive and meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Whether this is through setting boundaries, communicating wants and needs, or developing a greater sense of purposefulness and balance, you will work together to develop a path forward.

Paul has been working in the mental health field since 2018, and has extensive education and professional experience. His previous work has informed his holistic and trauma-informed approach to wellness.
